Return Policy

Products

Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after handover are not eligible for return unless covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Tyres & Tinting Film

Tyres that have been mounted and tinting film that has been applied are considered used and cannot be returned. Manufacturing defects are handled under the respective brand's warranty programme — contact us and we will assist with the claim.

Services

If you are not satisfied with a service performed at one of our workshops, contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will review the case with the workshop and, where justified, arrange rectification at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at any time before your appointment by contacting us with your booking code.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Since payment is made at the workshop after service, most cancellations involve no payment at all.
