By using the Lau Sincere website and placing a booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Role

Lau Sincere is an online car care platform that connects car owners with verified partner workshops for services and products. Services are performed by the workshop you select.

2. Bookings

A booking is a request for an appointment. It is confirmed once our team or the workshop contacts you. Prices shown include the product and standard installation unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include SST where applicable. Payment is made at the workshop upon completion of service, unless an online payment option is offered and selected.

4. Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. Additional work found necessary during service will always be quoted and approved by you before it is carried out.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is guaranteed by the performing workshop; contact us with your booking code for any warranty matter.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lau Sincere's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
